The Gastroenterology Department is a modern Department, staffed with experienced and qualified gastroenterologists and assistant staff.

It provides every possibility for an integrated endoscopic diagnosis and for the treatment of diseases of the digestive tract (esophagus, stomach, small and large intestine, liver, biliary ducts and pancreas) for our patients.

The endoscopic examinations are typically performed following the intravenous administration of medication (“narcosis”) that reduces stress, in order for the endoscopies to be rendered extremely comfortable.
